Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

2 c. Turkey, cut up, boiled or baked
1 sm. Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing
1 Stick Butter or Margarine
1 c. Water or Chicken Stock
1 1/2 c. Milk, divided
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1/2 c. Celery, chopped
2 Eggs
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c. Grated Cheese

Cooking Directions

1.
Mix together herb dressing, butter, and water.
2.
Layer half of this mixture in a greased casserole dish.
3.
Spread turkey on top of dressing mixture.
4.
Mix together 1/2 cup of milk, mayonnaise, onion, and celery then pour over turkey.
5.
Spread remaining herb dressing mixture in casserole dish.
6.
Beat eggs with the remaining 1 cup of milk and cream of mushroom soup.
7.
Pour over casserole.
8.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
9.
Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
10.
Put into cold oven and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
11.
Sprinkle on cheese and bake 15 more minutes.
