Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) Can of Tomato Sauce
1 T. Mustard
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. White Vinegar
1 1/2 lb. Ground Ham
1 lb. Lean Ground Pork
1 1/2 c. Saltine Crackers, finely crushed
2 Eggs, beaten
2/3 c. Milk

Cooking Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine ham, ground pork, crackers, eggs, and milk.

Shape into balls using 1/4 – 1/3 cup of mixture per ball. Place in baking dish.
4.
In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and vinegar to make a sauce.
5.
Cover hamballs in sauce.
6.
Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
